A resident of Bergen County, Lance Maiden is a father of three with a background in culinary arts.
He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and was trained as a Food Service Specialist. He was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada in the late 1980’s. Additionally, Lance deployed to Central America on several occasions where he earned the Air Force Achievement Medal and Good Conduct Medal.
Lance Maiden is currently a Realtor® Associate with Christie’s International of Northern New Jersey with more than 10 years of experience. He specializes in the residential real estate market, on both the buy and sell sides of the transactions. Lance has real estate experience in both New Jersey and New York.
Lance also specializes in working with the military and veteran community, and takes special pride in receiving a certification as a Military Relocation Professional in 2017. He is a currently a member of the North Jersey Board and the Membership Director of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Lance is also a Certified NAHREP Top 10 Trainer. Lance is also a member of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service and the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service.

Bergen County Division of Veteran Services
The Division of Veterans Services was established in 1977 to provide resident veterans and their dependents with information and assistance in obtaining earned entitlements from federal, state, and local governments, as well as any that are available from the private sector.
Through a quarterly newsletter and direct client contact, the division provides Bergen’s veterans organizations and their auxiliaries and individual residents with up-to-date benefit information.
